After obtaining his classical high school diploma in 1991 and a Law degree from the University of Milan in 1996, he became qualified to practice law at the Milan Court of Appeal in the 1999 session. From the beginning, he has been active in the field of criminal law, joining the law firm of Avv. Corso Bovio in Milan, and later becoming an associate at Studio Legale Bovio & Associati. Following the dissolution of the latter, he co-founded the law firm Accms with other criminal law colleagues in 2010. In 2024, he joined B4Lex. He has been registered with the Milan Bar Association and the Special Register of Supreme Court Lawyers since 2013. He specializes in criminal law, with a particular focus on corporate criminal law, workplace safety, medical malpractice, and the administrative liability of legal entities, also serving on various Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
